Robert Massa (b. April 30, 1955, Kansas City, Missouri) is a multidisciplinary artist based in Seattle, Washington, working primarily in ceramic sculpture, along with painted cut paper and wooden timepieces. He is best known for his expressive ceramic vessels, noted for their compelling imagery and bold use of color.

Massa’s ceramic work is characterized by sculptural form and a dynamic sense of movement. Drawing on both traditional and contemporary influences, his vessels often blur the line between functional object and fine art. His broader practice reflects a consistent exploration of structure, rhythm, and transformation.

He has exhibited at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, SOFA Chicago, Bellevue Art Museum, and Whatcom County Museum of Art. His work is included in the collections of the Washington State Arts Commission and the Museum of Northwest Art, and he has participated in the American Crafts Fair in Baltimore and San Francisco.
